2. Shipping costs

3. Returns

3.1 Return due to change of mind

4. Terms of delivery

Usually domestic shipments are in transit for 6-10 business days

Typically, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 8-15 business days. This varies greatly depending on the courier service you have selected.

Hoodie Bear will be shipped to PO Box addresses using Postal Services only. We are unable to provide courier services to these locations.

We can ship to military addresses using USPS. We cannot offer this service using courier services.

4.7 Out of stock items

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and ship the remainder of the order.
